Annual Report 2025
As we present FAID’s Annual Report for 2024-2025, we reflect on a year shaped by shared learning, dedication, and a commitment to inclusion, justice, and dignity. Guided by the theme “Empower – Include – Transform,” this year highlights our efforts to strengthen institutional systems, expand our reach through strategic partnerships, and influence policies that uphold the rights of older people, persons with disabilities, and other marginalized groups.
FAID’s journey as a fully localized, independent national entity following the transition from HelpAge International in Pakistan has been marked by building governance, accountability, and operational systems while deepening local ownership. Key milestones include the development of a five-year strategic plan, establishment of robust HR, financial, and MEAL systems, strengthened partnerships with government and civil society, and direct engagement with 1,490 individuals, including persons with disabilities.
This report showcases FAID’s dedication to locally led change, sustainable impact, and inclusive development. With the continued support of our Board, staff, partners, and communities, we remain committed to empowering, including, and transforming the lives of those we serve.
