Pakistan Ageing Review – Volume 1, Issue 1 | January–March 2026 The Pakistan Ageing Review is FAID’s quarterly publication bringing together evidence, policy developments, programme learning, and voices from the field to advance discussion on ageing and inclusive development in Pakistan. The inaugural issue, January–March 2026, explores Pakistan’s changing demographic landscape and highlights the growing importance of ensuring that ageing is addressed as a development, rights, and inclusion priority. It features key facts on ageing in Pakistan, insights from communities, programme evidence, policy and advocacy developments, and progress towards strengthening legal protection for older persons. The publication also highlights FAID’s engagement with government institutions, civil society, development partners, and community networks to promote healthy ageing, social protection, dignity, and the meaningful participation of older people in decisions that affect their lives. Through the Pakistan Ageing Review, FAID aims to create a platform for sharing knowledge, documenting experience, amplifying the voices of older people, and encouraging collaboration towards a more inclusive and age-friendly Pakistan. for newsletter. add download section
